Hello,

New guy here to this forum. I got a new Digital Bradley Smoker from my wife for Christmas and used it twice now. I'm here looking for a few answers to some questions I have, but I'm also here to learn more about using my new smoker.
I look forward to reading the posts here and talking to all the experts.
