Foil, Towel, Cooler

To keep foods hot for an extended period, or to just let the juices distribute evenly before pulling or slicing, when they're finished cooking you can wrap them in foil, surrounded by a towel and place in a cooler (no ice).  I've done this with turkeys and pork butts for 4 hours and when I unwrapped them they were still steaming hot.
