Finally got the time to post some pictures from my uncles open house on Christmas. Here's the smoked cheese, Canadian bacon and smoked ham platter with a loaf of crusty bread and rye bread and a block of cooper's sharp with bacon and chives.

Smoked deviled eggs and some smoked Velveeta and Rotels dip.

and of course I had to have a batch of double stuff smoked chex mix.

Fortunately everyone loved everything and there was nothing of mine left afterwards, the only bad thing is that I forgot to load the smoked turkey from the freezer so we didn't have that.
Too bad about the turkey.....for them!!! You'll have to make up some turkey salad to have.on your crusty bread.

They were even happier when they realized that they had gift basket's full of smoked goodness to take home.
Looks really good Saber sounds like everyone had a good Christmas
That is a good looking spread and feast, even without the turkey.
great looking spread
I gave gift baskets to my siblings this year for Christmas, but I'm afraid I look like a bit of a piker next to Saber. Mine just had Canadian bacon, dried beef, extra sharp smoked cheddar, blazin pistachios, honey smoked and regular smoked almonds. My brother from Nebraska does a lot of smoking so his basket included four frog mats as well.(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/30/4azygu8e.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/30/suqe2ase.jpg)
