Title: New to the Bradley..and glad I am
Post by: jbcarney on December 28, 2013, 09:09:06 PM
Just bought my 6 rack Bradley and used it to smoke my first bacon (prepped for 7 days). How easy is this?  Turned out great (both my maple cured and Canadian).  Now starts a new era.. look forward to learning more.

Welcome from Southwest Idaho.  Remember, the only dumb question is the one not asked.  There is a vast wealth of knowledge here and the forum members are more than willing to help.  Just ask.    ;)
