Title: Hog Shoulder
Post by: BigRich on December 29, 2013, 02:16:48 PM
The shoulder I have is too large to lay on one rack.  I can stand it up and lean it against the box, cut it, or hang it somehow.  What do you think?

Never mind.  I'm going to cut off 8" of the bone and lay it flat.  I'll throw the part I cut off on the same rack.

Don't let anything lean against the side of your Bradley. This can cause grease to drip on the heating element and cause a fire.
