Title: Smoked Pork Chops
Post by: seemore on December 30, 2013, 05:37:21 PM
We did these on Sunday, using Hot Smokin' Gal's recipe from the Tried and True Recipes.
We did five pounds, using Hickory.
We smoked them for 2 1/2 hours.  It was very cold, out - maybe 7 above zero.

Mrs. Seemore said they tasted like ham.  I have not tried them, YET.
