Just got my first 6 rack BDS for Christmas and I'm super excited. I've been using my Dad's 4 rack BDS for a few years but he lives a few hours away. Our family grows pistachios for Wonderful so I get the most requests for blazin pistachios which I've thrown my own twist on.

Definitely need to do the pid controller and dual element upgrade. I use pids to control the heating elements in my electric brewery so I'm looking forward to the control on my smoker.

I've been lurking the forums for at least a year now so thanks to all for the wonderful info
