Title: Soy Vay/ Cure Question???

Mixed up 7.5 lbs of deer burger and Soy Veri last nite to shoot some sticks to process on the dehydrator today. As I sat at work last nite it dawned on me I forgot to add the cure. I just added the cure. Does it need to sit or am I ok to shoot the sticks now?

I used the recommended 3.3 oz of Soy Veri from pikeman. I added the recommended cure. I hope not too salty.

As long as the cure is mixed good you are good to go
