got my 6 rack digi
whats the first things I need to do to it?

got it seasoned and kept having a error on digi display
this is  a brand new out of box smoker ?
any reasons why?

If it is an E1 error it has to do with the thin sensor cord that runs from the generator to the tower. Try plugging and unplugging it several times. Even reverse ends and try it

ya but my thoughts are this is a $550 us dollar smoker and has a error right out the box after 1 hr of use !!

You haven't explained which error is being displayed. Members can help you better if you provide that information. The most common fix for an E1 error has been posted. Did that fix your problem?

Wires can get loosened up from jostling during shipping. It may be a simple fix. Check out the FAQ's that Habs posted. And, welcome to the forum. We'll help all we can.
