Hello

My name is Hadyn from the Isle of Man, British Islands, UK.

I have been smoking for a couple of years now, but mostly been cold smoking fish. I have joined here to get more knowledge on cold and hot smoking meats.

Welcome from Vancouver. I'm a newb too, so I like to try and post what I've done for other newbs to relate and for all those experienced to weigh in! It's been a very helpful forum so far.
