Just recieved my digital Bradley Smoker and very excited to get it going as soon as it starts to warm up in the great state of Minnesota.  Look forward to get some help from the forum.  A newbe to smoking.

You don't have to wait for warm weather. I use mine at least a couple times a month even in this weather. Just shelter it from the wind and let 'er buck!
