Title: SRG Pork Chop Dinner
Post by: Saber 4 on January 22, 2014, 05:46:51 PM
SWMBO wanted pork chops and rice tonight so I fired up the SRG and the rice cooker. I seasoned the chops with Texas Roadhouse steak seasoning and pepper, for the "wild" rice mix I added a little salt and a tsp of Dizzy Pig's new Bombay Curryish seasoning throw in some frozen peas and you've got a heck of a tasty dinner.

I figured I'd do the turn halfway before I flip them so I don't kill the pig
