All though these are not new, I'll be making some bacon wrapped cheese stuffed smoked jalapeƱos and smoked portobellos stuffed with crab.

Lots of ABT's , moink balls, smoked pickled eggs, chicken wings, smoked meat balls, taco and smoked chicken dips, cabbage rolls, and lots of different kinds of smoked sausages.

The keg has been refreshed and a spare one is in the garage. Last year we went through 2 kegs and 5, 60oz Yager bottles.
I forgot who won :o

Salmon smoker, sounds like a fine selection. Do a bit of home brewing myself.  Lumpy, that sounds like one heck of a SB party!

So much for the idiots that scheduled a Feb football game in the northeast in a non-dome stadium.

Well after reading all the rave reviews I have decided to do some Blazin Pistachios for the game. I'll do them Saturday to have them ready as people show up. It will be my first smoke in the Bradley and give me a chance to see it work prior to putting some Baby Backs in it come Sunday.

Weather here will be just fine for football.
