A couple days ago I did 20pounds of brats 50/50 elk/pork they turned out pretty good I used prefixed seasonings and I did 10 pounds of jalapeno brats and 5 pounds of Mexican cheddarwurst and added a half pound of hi temp cheddar to these I also did 5 pounds of regular brats here are the pics(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/30/ysemyvut.jpg)
