Being generous with my breads and smoked goodies has reaped a nice reward once again. I sometimes drop off some smoked goodies to the folks that handle my website and advertising to say thank you for all they do to take care of me. The owner's mother in law works the front desk and we often visit about cooking and smoking, today she calls me and tells me I need to stop by the office. I get there and she has this wonderful apple tart with cranberries and fresh goat cheese along with a couple of baking pans she doesn't use anymore that are for making hamburger and hot dog buns. I can't wait until after dinner to heat that bad boy up and dig in.

That tart looks delicious, nice. Good story about the gifts, I'm a brand new smoker but I already get the concept of sharing to get back some love. I gave my work colleague a couple of packs of my smoked bacon after going on about how good it was, he showed up the next day with a growler of microbrewery beer for me. This is going to work for both of us.
