Title: Beef short ribs
Post by: STLstyle on February 01, 2014, 02:30:12 PM
I'm trying this again.  Haven't gotten great results on multiple tries.  (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/02/02/vydudyra.jpg)

They are cut into 4"4"x1" pieces.

Thaw tonight. Rub down and smoke tomorrow.  wings and deer tenderloin on the list too.

I appreciate any tips on short ribs...

GusRobin did these the other day and I'm going to try to duplicate his results as soon as I can find some short ribs. http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=34398.msg399624#msg399624

Put some rub, in the smoker at 225* for about 5-6 hrs with about 3-4 hrs of smoke.
