Title: Polish Sausage

I did a batch of polish sausage with the snack stix I used 10 pounds of Elk meat and 3 pounds of porkbutt and 2 pounds of beef suet mixed in some premixed seasoning and stuffed into 32mm hog gut  This one turned out really well I like it a lot smoked with hickory

no 32mm polish sausages I used 21mm cologen casings on the snack stix sorry for the confusion I smoked the polish and the snack stix at the same time
