Extra meaty loin back ribs $3.99 lb, but worth every penny.

3hrs of smoke
2 1/2 rapped in foil with Apple juice
Back in the smoker for 30 min with sauce.

Three of these ribs is about all the average person can eat.

Sorry , no final pictures.

If I would have rotated the racks more and only did 2 hrs in foil I think they would have been a little better.  However my bride liked them better than the ones I smoked a week prior.   I guess I did something right..
