Hey guys,
Here comes another newbie. I just picked up my 4 rack digital bradley on the weekend and I am stoked to get going. I have posted a little already and greatly appreciate the feedback I've already gotten.
This forum is awesome!

Thanks guys,  just actually got in from my first smoke.  Does anybody hold meetings for this stuff, cause, HOLY CRAP I'M ADDICTED!!
Used woodlawn's dry cure on some salmon sticks for about four hours in alder, (thanks woodlawn, unbelievable) and, well, that could be the best smoked salmon my wife and I have ever eaten!  I'm going to have to hide what's left. Sorry, no pictures, my camera crapped taking the 'before' pics.  That's for a different forum, I know.  Hey, tailfeathers, you forgot about our beer!

Go Esks!!  Never too early.

Forgot to mention, -10 Celsius/ 14 Fahrenheit today.  My 4 rack digital did fabulously. Actually had to turn it down once, got a little warm.
Love that thing!!
