For Christmas, I got a plastic shed and a cold smoke adapter, and this is what I did with it. So far so good.

Now I just need to figure out where to put my Tappecue!

Nice setup, do you pull it out to hot smoke or does the SG fit along the side?

I have been leaving it as is for hot smoking. Working fine so far. The SG does fit, but barely.
