Title: Bradley cure
Post by: Hotdog199 on April 16, 2014, 01:20:26 AM
I just bought some bradley cure and it has a date on the top of it.  Is that a expire date?  Could somebody help me out?

Hi Hotdog199;

Welcome to the forum.

To make sure, I would send Bradley an email. Most cures will last indefinitely when stored properly. It could be a "Best used by" date, which many manufacturers will use to insure their product remains shelf stable with out any possibility of any deterioration of taste. Often the word(s) "Best used by" or "Expiration" will precede the date.
