I've had great luck with Bradleys smoking fish that always comes out great until I screwed up and purchased a digital 6 rack for one of my homes. I should of done more research but trusted Bradley was a good product, after ruining 3 loads of fish because the digital temperature gauge is way off and doesn't hold a consistent temperature. what a shame Bradley. Bummed out fisherman with wasted product here.
