I ordered these two 11" x 17" Retail Cuts of Pork and Beef posters from Amazon and had them laminated at Staples for a total cost of around $30. I hung them inside of my kitchen cupboard doors as a reference on cuts and cooking methods.
I want to learn to be a better carnivore!
