Hey Gang,
So far, I am coming up a little short on my searches for info on beef ribs.
I know there are 2 kinds and I think my wife wants the kind we see at the Korean grocery. I think these are the short ribs but I'm not sure. These guys are really thin, like they were cross sectioned with a laser beam! Any tips on how to cook these or should I be looking at a different kind of beef rib?
