Tailfeathers I get it from a farmer down by Winner, SD. Couldn't even tell you his name. Just a connection of a friend of mines. Unfortunately he is retiring so I will need to go back to my original source, bluebird Locker in Delmont that gets them for me. Any local butcher can get it for you though and it's usually pretty darn good.

My uncle is the manager of the locker in Delmont. They have nice bellies too. You just need to call ahead and order them so they can ensure they have some on hand for you.
