Title: Pulled Pork Egg Rolls

Been wanting to use these egg roll wrappers for while now.

Used some PP from the other day with some cheese.

Wrappers i bought from the chinese mkt.

Fried the egg rolls outside, dont want the MH to smell like oil.

Those look really good. I love egg rolls and those add some other things I love to the classic egg roll.

my number 3 (daughter) walks by and sees this then she says  "that would work in a won ton wrapper too"  good idea!

I did something similar. But used tortillas. Came out pretty good but I think the egg roll wrappers may work better.  :)
