Threw in some sides on Sunday for 8 hours at 200-220. Very pleased with the results.
8 hours in the fridge with Jan's rub

Then 8 hours cook time with 4 hours hickory. I applied a homemade sauce on the last hour.

No. I've been making sauces for years. I rarely ever purchase sauce anymore.
