Using the Bradley 6 rack digital. Dusted them with a rub and into the fridge overnight.
Preheated to 300 F. for 1 hour & lowered it to 220 F. when I put them in.
Gave them 3 hours with apple then spritzed with apple juice and gave em another hour and 30 mins.
Next, turning the temp up to 250 F. it was into foil with some apple juice and gave them 1 hr. & 30 mins.
Now it was back on a rack sauced for 1 hr. 30 mins to finish them.
Came off the bone clean but didn't fall off and were real tasty. Allthough I have some tweaking to do here
I'm happy with my results. Thanks Tenpoint5 for the instructions & pics you posted, they were good guidelines
to follow. Sorry I didn't put any pics in but can't figure out how to insert them.
Happy eating all.

Glad everything seemed to turn out OK. Here's a link on the long version of how to post pics on the forum: How do I add pictures to my posts on the Bradley Smoker Forum? (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?488-Answers-To-Bradley-Smoker-FAQ-s&p=768#post768)
The Reader's Digest version is you upload your pics to a free host site, such as Photobucket. After you upload each one there will be an "IMG" box to the right of it. Left click in that box and the contents will automatically be pasted onto your clipboard. Then just paste the contents of your clipboard into a message on here. You can click on the Preview button to see if it worked before posting your message.
Or use tapatalk on your mobile device. Not sure what's going on behind the scenes but you just tap the picture icon and it works.
