Title: Small batch of ribs
Post by: WoodlawnSmoker on May 11, 2014, 03:44:57 PM
I was looking in the freezer for something to smoke and found a small package of some baby back ribs, ok then.  Used the reliable 3-2-1 method, nice end to a perfect weekend weather-wise.  The only difference was that I used a new sauce to me; Archer Farms Sweet Apple Smoked.  As the name implies, it was sweet, not hot and no kick but we really enjoyed it, nice taste to go with the apple juice.

Nice and tender

A nice sauce if you don't want the sauce as the main flavour
