thought i would give hamburgers a try today GB added some chopped onion/3 eggs/rolled oats/1 heaping tbsp jans rub and a little bit of dry onion soup mix. formed patties placed on Q-mats and into the smoker at 225 20 mins hickory--pulled at IT of 173 just over an hour to finish. great flavor well cooked burger. will do this again.

Looks great, I love doing burgers in the Bradley. I will buy roasts on sale, grind them up and smoke a bunch at one time. We then vacu-pack them and freeze. They are perfect to pull out after work and just reheat on the bbq.
