Hi: I'm from the Niagara Region in Southern Ontario, I recently purchased my Bradley Digital Smoker, and I've had rave reviews on all the foods that I've cooked in it so far.

I've done 2 turkeys, one for Easter Dinner and then one yesterday for Mother's Day dinner. I've also done some Smoked Rainbow Trout, and then smoked some Salmon as well. Everyone loves the food and so do I.

I'm very happy with my Bradley. Next on the list is a Pork shoulder next weekend for a barbeque at my place.

Welcome from South Dakota! Yes the Bradley can become an addiction, albeit a very tasty one! Hope your shoulder comes out good this weekend. Whatever you do, don't cure a loin and turn it into canadian bacon, cuz once that happens you will lose control completely.
