Title: Broken slider cover

Hey guys i notice both of my slider covers have cracks in them any ideas .Both the old black bs and the ss bs.Both in about the same spot right in the middle of the plastic cover.Would these be covered under warranty.

Yes that problem is covered by warranty. If not fixed it can cause problems if moisture drips through the cracks. Oh! This is a common problem with the BS. I just had to replace mine, but also decided to get a new circuit board also; but mine was out of warranty.

I really don't know. At first I thought it was due to the screw being tightened too much, but that's not it. It seems to be a stress point, the cause I don't know. Heat? Weight of the meat? I don't have a clue. Bradley has not found a way to address it.

New faceplates on there way out.I have to say these guys do what they say as far as standing behind there product.Thanks customer service  ;).
