Hungry, for some ideas, check out the recipes at the attached link. A great source of ideas. I slid some pork loins in the fridge this morning to start defrosting for the next batch of Canadian Bacon. Weekend after next, it's Jan's Rub on 15 pounds of pork shoulder so there is pulled pork for a fishing trip. (I'm hoping that if I send a cooler with pulled pork, Canadian Bacon, and some smoked nuts, the cooler might have some salmon in it when it comes back.)
