Hey guys, hoping you can help me out. I really want to try a brisket soon with my OBS just wondering from start to finish your opinions on the best way to smoke beef brisket? And what size brisket is best for the bradley? I'm kinda worried about a huge chunk of brisket keeping the temp down. Any information you can give is very much appreciated! Thanks!
