Hello from Georgia.  Just bought my bradley digital and seasoned it last night.  Been smoking for years on a traditional stick smoker, but the long sleepless nights are doing me in.  Gonna break it in this weekend.

Welcome from PA. Another way your Bradley will help you sleep better is if you buy a Maverick ET-733 dual temperature probe. ($75 Amazon Prime) You can use one probe in the meat and one probe to monitor cabinet temperature remotely from your bedside. It beeps if it gets above or below the parameters you set.
