Hi Guys and Gals. Thanks for your posts, recipes etc. I really like my new Bradley and have only one potential problem i.e. that my 'meats' seem to dry out more than I would like -I am from Calgary where the air is really dry so does anyone have any ideas for increasing humidity in the smoker?.
