Post by: Tiffin on May 25, 2014, 08:54:49 AM
so i bought some pork side ribs with the breast bone off. Today when i opened the package i noticed they they included the breast bone portion in the package, looks like another small rack of ribs basically.. but i know they are full of bones and hard to eat them
So im just wondering about some things i can do with them asap :)

Smoke 'em and eat 'em! Or smoke them and use them to season other sides, they add wonders to a pot of beans for example.

Ditto. Most excellent addition to beans. Especially if they are smoked.
