Did 3 different styles one just salt and pepper let rest before I threw them in the smoker to get a crust on the outside really trapped in the moisture wrapped one in a bacon weave here they are cut and ready to eat. (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/02/aza4enam.jpg)
