Hi all. I have had my Bradley smoker for over a year but just really starting to play with it. Thanks to advice taken from the forum my first try a smoking a pork loin worked pretty well. I actually did two at once in 6 pieces. The top two trays turned out amazing, the meat on the bottom dried out because i didn't think to rotate the trays. Opps!
My next try will be a couple chickens I plan to smoke in the morning. A found a lot of tips here and am confident.
I want to thank the members for help I have found and more help in the future.

not bad, only a couple hours from the track. It's a good time, and tailgating starts as soon as they open the parking lot. Nothing like kicking back with a cold drink and the grills fired up.
