Hi folks. Just received my Bradley smoker as an early Father's Day gift. Haven't fired it up as of yet however, I am looking forward to getting started. Just cannot seem to decide what to smoke first.....or what flavour bisquettes to start with!!

Nosmoking, I use apple as my basic smoke flavor for most things. Cheese, ribs, poultry, nuts. I like the light, slightly sweet flavor.
For pork shoulder, I use hickory.
For salmon, I use alder or Pacific Blend.
