Title: First Pulled Pork
Post by: walleye1273 on June 13, 2014, 05:49:33 PM
Just put my first butt in my bradley.

9lb'er, set at 230 with four hours of smoke alternating between special blend and maple.

Hoping to FTC tomorrow afternoon to eat for dinner tomorrow night.

Can't wait

5hrs in sitting at 151 degrees seems to be cooking faster then I had ever expected.  Hope its a lengthy stall

Looks good so far.  I have 2 in the smoker myself at the moment.  My first time running 2 and only my third pork smoke.  Haven't been disappointed with any of them yet.  Get ready for an addiction that is difficult to shake!
