Title: Big Bob Gibson's Mustard Sauce.
Post by: DaveT261 on June 14, 2014, 03:11:40 AM
Last week I made Tenpoint5's Big Bob Gibson's kicked up version of his white sauce and absolutely loved it.  I would like try Gibson's  mustard sauce too.  Does anyone have that recipe?  I am going to a cookout later on today and I'd like to take some with me.

I found this via a Google search just now.  The author says it is from Big Bob Gibson.

Ingredients:

    3/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Make at least 24 hours prior to usage for best flavor. Store refrigerated in a tightly covered jar for up to 2 weeks.

I used to live 30 minutes from Bob's restaurant... loved being able to go there.  He has a book out with all of his recipes that I have purchased and they are good.
