Hi all, I'm doing 4kgs of chicken thighs and legs today in my Bradley digital 4 rack, how long do you think I should give them? I'm thinking 4 or 5 hours at 230f?

Sounds about right but the legs might be done before the thighs. Do you have a thermometer so you can check the temps?
Ok thanks, yeah I've got a thermometer and will be rotating the racks every hour.
