 Just getting started we did some rainbow trout the other day. We are going to try pork roast next.... would love any helpful hints. Thx from Wyoming

Welcome from Texas, as for tips, keep your water bowl full of hot to boiling water, top vent open, cook to IT internal temps not time and most importantly have fun with it.
