Well been thinking of buy a smoker for some time. Finally pulled the trigger. Ribs were the first, did in a sauce, but think I want to go with dry rub next time. Fish are going to be a big contender if I can find the right stuff. I have had others and just amazing especially the courser fish, so they had better watch out now, instead of throwing back, go to throw on smoker.
