I purchased a used 4 rack digital smoker yesterday. The gentleman handed the manual to me, but when I went to read it this evening it was just a small book of recipes. Ha! Not cool!
I was wanting to start out cooking a 2.5 lb., corned beef brisket, but I'm not certain exactly how to work the unit. It can't be too hard, but I would hate to be wrong and not have brisket for dinner tomorrow because that would also not be cool! I've searched the Bradley website for a Users Manual in PDF, but no such luck.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
BTW, this is an awesome forum!
Apparently it's my lucky day. I found a comprehensive Bradley Users Manual in PDF on another site. It covers quite a few units so I'll just post it here in case anyone needs it.

Welcome from Texas, there are many good brisket posts and recipes here that you can search up and read, then you can pick a method that makes the most sense to you.
Sooner, you might find the link below helpful/interesting. Recipes from the forums most experienced smokers. And Bradley specific, so they contain quite a bit of helpful detail that you don't get with most recipes.
