I had never tried nor even heard of these things until recently. Did some up today stuffed with shrimp, cream and cheddar cheese with a bit of rub. I get it now! Fantastic snack, loved them. Gave them 2 hours of maple at 230 F. I might even have to try another batch tomorrow, next time they will be stuffed with some of my smoked trout and smoked friulano cheese.

just the other day the shrimp ABT showed up in my email and yours look fantastic so i will just have to make some.
Those shrimp ABT's sound great. I'm going to have to try them.
