Title: First ABT's
Post by: waycoolcat on July 05, 2014, 03:45:26 PM
My friend and his wife raise goats and make their own cheese. I traded him some of my bacon for goat cheese. Ah! The old barter system. I did have to use store bought jalapeƱos because mine aren't ready yet in the garden. I gave them 1 1/2 hours of pecan smoke while I was making ribs. Not all jalapeƱos are the same, these were at the top of the heat scale.
