Moonshine Apple Pie
BBQ Sauce
From the original recipe
Martin's BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
· 1/3 cup onions chopped
· 1 tsp. garlic chopped
· 1 Tbsp. oils
· 3/4 cup Apple Pie Moonshine Swede Hill Distillery
· 1/3 cup (3 oz) tomato paste
· 1/4 cup cider vinegar
· 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
· 2 Tbsp. honey or molasses
· 1 Tbsp. paprika
· 1 Tbsp. Thick Worcestershire sauce
· 1 tsp. salt
· 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic with oil until onion is clear.
2. Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil stirring regularly.
3. Simmer 30 minutes or until at preferred consistency.
You may want to puree the onions and garlic for a smoother result.

Mighty tasty looking, how long did it take to get done, what IT did you take them to?
We ran them for 6 hours PID set at 225 we got to 170 and moped every 20 min after the first hour and a half.

Looks good. I smoke/cook country ribs naked except seasonings. Sauce later on the side.
