We used this as a sauce.

Moonshine Apple Pie
BBQ Sauce
From the original recipe

Martin's BBQ Sauce
From msiler

Ingredients:
·   1/3 cup onions chopped
·   1 tsp. garlic chopped
·   1 Tbsp. oils
·   3/4 cup Apple Pie Moonshine Swede Hill Distillery
·   1/3 cup (3 oz) tomato paste
·   1/4 cup cider vinegar
·   2 Tbsp. brown sugar
·   2 Tbsp. honey or molasses
·   1 Tbsp. paprika
·  1 Tbsp. Thick Worcestershire sauce
·   1 tsp. salt
·   1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
1.   Sauté onion and garlic with oil until onion is clear.
2.   Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil stirring regularly.
3.   Simmer 30 minutes or until at preferred consistency.

You may want to puree the onions and garlic for a smoother result.

Looks good.  I smoke/cook country ribs naked except seasonings.  Sauce later on the side.
