Morning fellow smokers! I have a bison tri tip that I'm planning on smoking and was wondering if any one had and recipes they could suggest?

Hi and welcome aboard. If you go to the top of the page and do a search for "bison" there are about 10 threads on smoking it. I was going to post the individual links but there are too many.
